Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Fujairah Building Industries’ shareholders will hold their ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 28 April to discuss freezing the dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will also discuss amendments to the company’s memorandum of association in accordance with the new companies commercial law.
